Dallas to get new refrigerated warehouse

Dallas, TX, US: Food storage company US Cold Storage is building a large refrigerated warehouse complex west of downtown Dallas, US.

Cold Storage first bought its development site in 2007 but the recession delayed construction of the project. Now the builder has resumed development of the 46,451 sq metre warehouse which will cost more than US$25m to complete, according to documents filed with the City of Dallas.

US Cold Storage is based in New Jersey and has warehouse and distribution sites in 12 US states.
