Dearman to exhibit at Low Carbon Vehicle Show

Milton Keynes, UK:  Dearman will exhibit its zero-emission transport refrigeration technology at the 2017 LCV Show, to be held 6-7 September at the Millbrook Proving Ground, in Milton Keynes.

The Dearman engine will feature in two exhibitions at the show

The LCV Show is run by Cenex, the UK’s first centre of excellence for low carbon and fuel cell technologies. The show includes technology exhibitions, seminars, and ‘ride and drive’ of the latest commercially available vehicles. Last year’s LCV Show was attended by over 3,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors.

The Dearman engine will feature in two exhibitions at the show: Innovate UK’s exhibit on technologies it has helped fund over the last ten years; and also a joint stand with the Advanced Propulsion Centre and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council.

Dearman is developing a range of highly efficient zero-emission cold and power technologies which utilise cutting-edge liquid nitrogen engines. The first such technology to come to market is a clean transport refrigeration system, which has had previous successful trials with Sainsbury’s and with MIRA, as well as Loughborough University and Air Products.

David Sanders, Commercial Director at Dearman, said: “We look forward to being at this year’s LCV Show. This is a major industry event for clean technologies and Dearman will proudly exhibit our engine for the thousands of visitors attending the show. We also look forward to working with our colleagues at Innovate UK, the Advanced Propulsion Centre and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council. We all have a shared agenda in developing clean technologies and this event is a chance to further promote that.”
