Fowler Welch takes Grocer Gold Award

London, UK: Fowler Welch received the Logistics Supplier of the Year Award at the Grocer Gold Awards 2018.

The award recognises a supplier that has ’brought about the most tangible and meaningful improvements to the operation’ and judges said Fowler Welch uses “innovative thinking” and delivers a “genuine win-win for all involved”.

The awards were held at London’s Guildhall on Tuesday 12 June. Nick Hay, chief executive, Fowler Welch, said: “As a business, we differentiate ourselves in our non-transactional approach to customers’ needs, constantly striving to find innovative solutions that provide the best possible service for our customers.

“We work as an extension to our customers’ teams to improve efficiencies in the supply chain and offer an all-round exceptional service, so to be recognised by our peers for our work is a richly deserved award for every one of the Fowler Welch team.”
