Fresh Logistics to open Manchester depot

Manchester, UK: Fresh Logistics is to open a Manchester depot.

The depot in Leigh, Manchester adds to its two existing sites in Derby and Wembley.

The depot has been introduced due to an increasing workload in the area and to improve response times.

It will also provide links to Scotland, says Alan White, managing director, Fresh Logistics.

“We are entering an exciting phase in our development with this expansion into Manchester. We already have a growing customer base in the area, including several major food producers and branches of the NHS, so it was the ideal opportunity to add a new depot which will feature extra top of the range, dual compartment Vans, 7.5 tonners and 18 tonners,” he says.
