New van liners

Hanover, Germany: DistriCool used the IAA show to launch a liner to insulate the new Sprinter.

Claimed advantages of the product for bodybuilders are:

  • quick assembly with two component PU glue (about 20 man-hours)
  • exceptional accuracy of fit meaning the elements fit perfectly requiring only glue and sealing
  • all polyester connecting pieces (eg for rear frame, sliding door, wheel arches, case for spare wheels etc) are provided
  • Side and rear doors with raised insulated polyester door shells for enhanced insulation
  • Fits perfectly into the panel van without any necessary adaptations of the vehicle
  • DistriCool kits availabe for most current modern panel vans

The DistriCool advantages for the transporter:

  • Seamless, high gloss, waterproof, very hygienic, easy to clean and food-safe construction which makes it a perfect solution for the transport of fresh products for human consumption
  • Guarantees a maximal loading capacity, thanks to the low weight of the selfsupporting elements and the perfect concept of the panels
  • Thermally very efficient, thanks to the XPS or PU (depending on the version), raised shells for side and rear doors, perfect insulation of floor. Next to the basic execution there is also the possibility to choose for an Eco or an FNA version with ATP certificate.
