Best practice software adoption white paper from R2C

Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK: R2C Online has released a white paper on best practice preparation for the adoption of software.

The paper lists steps that r2c Online recommend businesses take before adopting a digital system for fleet and workshop management, including an exploration of real-life customer examples as best practice.

The white paper aims to help businesses maximise return on investment, following the successful implementation of a software platform.

Nick Walls, managing director, R2C Online, said, “We decided to produce this white paper as we’ve seen customers get software adoption right and thrive, creating immediate return on investment, but we’ve also seen businesses fail to manage the process elsewhere
because they didn’t fully understand what was needed. This has then resulted in wasted resources and the need to re-invest and re-start the process from scratch.”

“We’ve built our customer experience around implementation and ongoing customer success, with dedicated teams in these vital areas to make sure both fleets and workshops are continually thriving throughout their r2c subscription,” he said.
