Centenary Conference for Food Storage and Distribution Federation

London: The Food Storage and Distribution Federation celebrates its centenary this year with events including an international conference in September.

“We are celebrating 100 years as an organisation, in collaboration with partner organisations all over the world with various events, strengthening our global reach and focusing on growing membership across the whole food and drink supply chain,” says Chris Sturman, the federation’s chief executive,

Celebrations culminate in a Centenary Conference on 25 to 27 September at De Vere Garden Park in Cheshire. The conference, held in collaboration with partner organisations in the United States, Canada, and Europe, will provide delegates with a strategic economic overview, a detailed perspective of the demand of retail and manufacturing sectors and a clear direction on how environmental issues will affect the industry in the future, the federation says.
