Cold chain shines in transport awards

London, UK: Temperature-controlled transport companies are prominent in this year’s finalists for the MT Awards with Asda, Ocado, and Grocontinental all nominated.

Grocontinental is a finalist in the Haulier of the Year and  Livery of the Year categories with one its drivers, Paul Crowther, also battling it out to become the Fleet Driver of the Year

Asda is nominated for Own-account Operator of the Year and 3663 is a finalist in two categories: Environment Award and the Low Carbon and Efficiency Award. Ocado in the running to be named Fleet Van Operator of the Year.

Winners will be announced on 6 July. The full short list is on the MT Awards web site.
