Dalian Port to build China’s largest cold-chain logistics centre

Dalian, Liaoning, China: Dalian Port Group plans to build China’s largest and most professional cold-chain logistics and trade platform.

It is set to develop a 1,000,000-ton modern refrigeration storage capacity and supporting loading berths.
Just before Christmas the Dalian Port Group became the first port in China to carry out an international transit operation for reefer containers. The “Atlantic Crystal” refrigerated vessel, containing 5,300 tons of herring, was successfully unloaded at the Dalian Datyaowan Port.
