DeltaTrak launches new food safety temperature monitoring tools

Pleasanton, CA, US: DeltaTrak, a cold chain management solutions provider, has introduced two new data loggers for documenting storage and transport temperature conditions.

The FlashLink USB In-Transit Data Logger and FlashLink USB Reusable Data Logger monitor temperature-sensitive and perishable commodities, such as produce, prepared foods, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. The loggers are equipped with a USB connection to easily upload data to the PC.

The new loggers provide temperature history information ranging from -40°C to 65°C and have DeltaTrak’s patented Shadow Log functionality which guarantees that trip temperature is available even if the operator fails to start the logger.
