FFE Transportation starts guaranteed service

Dallas, TX, US: Frozen Food Express Industries is starting a guaranteed service for temperature controlled less than truck load shipments.

From 4 February FFE will refund the cost of any time sensitive delivery not made on the day promised,

“We feel the reliability in our transit schedules are the best in the marketplace, and it only makes sense to back that up with a guarantee,” says Joe Jaska, vice president, LTL Operations.

“Our customers have been asking for this type of service product, and we have been listening,” said John Hickerson, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of FFE. “This service puts our money where our mouth is and will allow shippers across the nation to have the peace of mind that their shipment is absolutely going to be there on time, guaranteed.”
