Fowler Welch wins Delamere Dairy contract

Spalding, UK: Delamere Dairy has selected Fowler Welch to handle product delivery in the UK.

Fowler Welch will handle stock collection, order processing, picking and distribution of the dairy’s Marks & Spencer business.

Fowler Welch developed a bespoke advanced shipping notice messaging process to allow multiple clients’ notices to be processed by M&S. This innovation has helped Fowler Welch stand out from the competition, the company says.

Alan Whiston, operation director, Delamere Dairy, said the company was “extremely pleased with the 100% weekly service levels that have been achieved since the contract started.”

Nick Hay, chief executive, Fowler Welch, (pictured above) said: “It is a point of pride for us that the high service levels and dedicated customer support team were recognised and we look forward to developing a successful relationship with Delamere.”
