Hot topics at GCCA European Cold Chain Conference

Brussells, Belgium: Trending topics, including better use of data and recruitment, will feature at the upcoming GCCA European Cold Chain Conference in Brussels 20-22 March.

Warehouse, transportation companies and other key intermediaries are relying on data more than ever before to drive a more efficient supply chain through predictive decision making.

Talent recruitment and retention remain key issues across the European cold chain, as national economies across Europe are more and more aligning, attracting expatriate nationals back to their home country. On the contrary, countries with a devaluating currency see logistics employees seeking new employment opportunities. The overall impact of Brexit is being felt industry-wide beyond just talent, creating challenges related to warehouse inventory levels.

These trending topics and more will be discussed at the upcoming GCCA European Cold Chain Conference, which will be held in Brussels 20-22 March.
