Marshall Double Platinum status for the third year

Cambridge, UK: Marshall Fleet Solutions has achieved Thermo King ‘s Double Platinum award for the third consecutive year.

Every year, Thermo King measures the performance of its dealers around the world in all aspects of its business, concentrating on sales and after sales under the banner of its Platinum Award programme.

“Over the past 12 months, Marshall Fleet Solutions has achieved the highest possible level of TK Platinum status in both sales and after sales categories, and now receives this Double Platinum award recognition from Thermo King for the third consecutive year,” the company says.

This is truly recognition of the hard work and devotion of all staff here at the company. “In 2017 and 2018, we achieved a similar status, so for MFS to retain the Double Platinum status for 3 years running is not only an excellent result but it also shows that we have continued to provide our Thermo King customers, new and old, with the best 24/7 sales and service support across the UK over the longer term,” Howell said.

The Thermo King Platinum award is a worldwide standard for training and business ethics for both premises and people. Through continual assessment, it ensures that authorised TK dealers provide the highest level of support for the Thermo King transport refrigeration product range in their respective markets.

“Acknowledging that this award is well received, we also acknowledge that these are challenging times for all businesses and at MFS we are no exception. My recent appointment as managing director, together with a number of key senior management additions to the MFS team, is part of a programme of change being made by the company to address the current marketplace.
