NFT restructures operations

Alfreton, UK: NFT has streamlined its business, bringing its transport operations and warehouse operations together for the first time.

Over the last year it carried out a strategic review of its operations in a bid to identify further efficiencies and optimisation opportunities as part of the company’s five-year plan,. Historically, NFT’s transport operations were run independently from its warehouse operations. Both parts of the business came together at the beginning of February.

NFT’s sales and marketing director Dale Fiddy says: “This restructure will result in improved visibility of product, increased capacity and a more effective supply chain, therefore improving the service to all customers.”
