Stef meets environmental gold standard

Paris, France: Stef has met EcoVadis’ Gold level for corporate social responsibility for the third consecutive year.

The Gold level standard was met with a score of 72/100, an increase of 3 points compared to 2018 ranking Stef in the top 1% of companies in all sectors.

“This result reflects the Group’s long-standing commitment to environmental issues, social responsibility, ethics and responsible purchasing. It rewards a structured and proactive CSR approach, quantified commitments, the implementation of tangible actions and precise reporting of its performance indicators,'”Stef said in a statement,
 
Stanislas Lemor, chief executive, Stef, said: “This recognition by an independent organization attests to the reality of our commitment, efforts and results in all areas of CSR. It also makes it possible to position Stef as a responsible European player with regard to all its stakeholders. Every day, our employees work hard to make CSR issues a real driver of progress and performance for our customers in the food industry, distribution and out-of-home catering”.
