Telematics takes the stage

London, UK: “Our remote connectivity, mobile apps, and data gathering allow fleet managers to transform their operations and make their fleets more predictable and traceable,” says Donal Cox, regional director for the UK, Ireland and Benelux, Thermo King & Frigoblock in the latest issue of Cold Chain News out this week.

Anticipating major launches by Thermo King and Frigoblock at the IAA Hanover show later this month, he told the magazine that no industry has been immune to technological change and what seemed fanciful five years ago is now standard.

“I would say that we offer at Thermo King and Frigoblock the the widest portfolio of products whether traditional diesel-engine, alternator technology, hybrid, fully electric or cryogenic systems,” he said.
