Temperature-controlled operators well presented in 2019 Motor Transport Awards

Sutton, Surrey, UK: Fowler Welch and McCulla (Ireland) have both been shortlisted for two Motor Transport Awards this year.

Fowler Welch is a finalist in the Apprentice of the Year and the Team of the Year categories. McCulla (Ireland) has been shortlisted in the Business Excellence and the Low Carbon Award categories.

Other temperature-controlled operators also made the shortlists. Nagel-Langdons is a finalist in the Apprentice of the Year category while Culina group has been shortlisted for the prestigious title of Haulier of the Year.

Tesco was shortlisted in the Apprentice of the Year category while Ocado is a finalist in three categories – Best Use of Technology; Fleet Van Operator of the Year; and Home Delivery Operator of the Year

Cartwright has been shortlisted in the Technical Excellence Award category.

The winners will be announced on 3 July at the Grosvenor House, London.
