Turner Price takes Spectrum fridges

Hull, Yorkshire, UK: Temperature-controlled food distributor Turner-Price has signed a contract with Marshall Fleet Solutions to provide T1000 Spectrums, the latest range of Thermo King refrigerated units.

Andrew Howells, Managing Director of Marshall Fleet Solutions says: “Turner- Price was looking to make savings on fuel and wanted to ensure that vehicles were off the road for less time.

“The T1000 Spectrum is equipped with a Greentech engine, which offers both low fuel consumption and low life cycle costs, with an increased time between service intervals.  It was perfect for what they wanted.”

“Marshall Fleet Solutions has been carrying out routine servicing for Turner-Price for some time and the company was very keen to continue using us on this new equipment.”

Turner-Price is a food wholesaler delivering ambient, chilled, frozen, food and non-food items in multi-temperature vehicles to customers in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.
