Williams launches online ‘how to’ videos

Kings Lynn, Norfolk, UK: Williams Refrigeration has released five online videos that explore key areas surrounding its range of commercial blast chillers, from programming to maintenance and sustainability.

Three of the videos serve as the first instalments of the company’s new ‘how to’ series, which aims to give customers, prospective buyers and other foodservice professionals information about getting the best out of their commercial refrigeration units.

b69d114782873595_400x400arDespite the wide area of issues and information the videos cover, most of them are just over a minute in length. To the point, the clips provide viewers with information, quickly and easily.

BC Soft Chill and BC Hard Chill demonstrate how to program a Williams Blast Chiller. A voice-over describes each step, while an operator illustrates the process. Essentially, they work as video user manuals.

‘Prolonging The Life’ explores essential maintenance to get the most out of their Williams’ equipment, thereby ensuring longevity.

Its Sandwich Chiller and Pastry Chiller launch videos outline the key features of these new additions to the Gem Merchandiser range, with stylish camera work that emphasises their aesthetically pleasing designs, as well as their practicality. Williams is currently working on two further ‘How to’ videos – details to be announced soon.

“Online videos are an instant and easily accessible way for customers to learn more about Williams and our products. They are also a great platform for providing tips and advice,” says Martin Laws, marketing manager at Williams Refrigeration.

Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of solutions, from commercial refrigeration to bakery equipment including a market-leading choice of gastronorm cabinets, modular storage and reach-in and roll-in blast chillers.
