Wincanton/Asda chilled warehouse scores in top ten Planning list

Rochdale, UK: The Royal Town Planning Institute’s journal “Planning” has named the Kingsway business park as one of the top ten most active projects in the UK.

The development of the Wincanton/Asda chilled distribution warehouse and recycling centre last year on a 43.5 acre site was given as a prime reason as to why Kingsway was highlighted in the top ten list.

Kingsway, the only project in the North West highlighted, was given eighth position with just four of the ten projects being outside London.
